Sa'i between Safa and Marwa
Begin Sa'i at Safa and complete seven laps ending at Marwa. Men jog between the green markers; women continue at normal pace. Make dua at Safa and Marwa while facing the Kaaba.

"Inna as-Safa wal-Marwata min sha'a'irillah. Abda'u bima bada'a Allahu bih."

Sunnah Guidelines
- Start at Safa and end at Marwa (7th lap ends at Marwa)
- Safa to Marwa is one lap, Marwa to Safa is the second
- Men jog between the green markers
- Women walk normally and do not jog
- Make dua at Safa and Marwa while facing the Kaaba
- Raise hands and say takbir three times at Safa/Marwa
