Tawaf
Perform seven complete circuits around the Kaaba counterclockwise, starting and ending each round at the Black Stone. Men perform idtiba throughout Tawaf and raml in the first three rounds; women walk normally in all seven rounds.
Essential Duaa
ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
"Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanah wa fil-akhirati hasanah wa qina 'adhab an-nar."
Sunnah Actions
Sunnah Guidelines
- Start and end each round at the Black Stone
- Men do idtiba throughout Tawaf
- Men do raml in the first three rounds only
- Women walk normally (no idtiba, no raml)
- Touch the Yemeni Corner if possible without kissing it
- Between Yemeni Corner and Black Stone, recite Rabbana atina...
- Recite any dhikr or dua during Tawaf
